We provide customers with relevant and accurate information online – descriptions, specifications and price. We also guarantee to deliver genuine and unused item(s). Under normal circumstances, we expect NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN OR REFUND of any items purchased. However, we will look into it case by case basis if any of the stated guidelines below occurred. The company has the final decision on any such request.
1.Unsatisfacfactory Report
Any unsatisfactory shall be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice, with the conditions that the item is in its original unused packing.
2. Requesting Return Authorizations
Return Authorization (RMA) Numbers may be obtained by written request to info@tenryu.com.my. RMA numbers ensure that returned products will be properly credited to the Customer's account. Products returned without authorization numbers will be returned to the customer. Please be prepared to provide related invoice information when requesting for return authorizations.
3. Incorrect Product Shipped
Tenryu will promptly provide Returned Material Authorization Numbers for incorrect parts, see item 1 & 2. We request that you provide a copy of your original purchase order. Product must be returned with original packaging and labelling for our investigation and processing. Your account will be credited when product returns are received and verified by our Receiving Department.
4. Shipping Damage
If you receive damaged product, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt. Please contact us immediately with details of the damage, preferably with photos showing the damages.
5. Return Requests due to Customer's Errors or Customer's Convenience
Tenryu will consider return requests, at our sole discretion and without obligation, due to Customer Error or Customer Convenience subject to the following restrictions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchased.
- Product must be unused and be in the Original Packaging.
- Tenryu reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fees upto 25% of the goods value.
- All goods must be returned at customer's cost.
- All returns will be carefully inspected prior to restocking. Any product that is not suitable for restocking will be returned to the Customer without credit.
6. Special Offers items cannot be returned. Before returning any item(s), please email to info@tenryu.com.my
